No route to host error

The No route to host error in the {LC_PSN}-web-console-executor log indicates that the {LC_PSN}-web-console-executor pod cannot connect to the {LC_PSN}-web-console pod:

This error occurs because the {LC_PSN}-web-console-executor pod starts running before the {LC_PSN}-web-console pod.

Check the {LC_PSN}-web-console-executor log after the {LC_PSN}-web-console pod has been running for a few minutes.
