Creating a basic YAML rule template

{ProductShortName} YAML-based rules have the following basic structure:

when(condition)
 message(message)
 tag(tags)

Procedure

1. In the /home/<USER>/ directory, create a file containing the basic syntax for YAML rules as follows:
